Aachen

A new chapter begins – welcome to Tribera!
Are you a sales-driven hospitality professional looking to grow within a dynamic and people-focused environment? As the Deputy Resident Manager at Aachen BlueGate, our newest property in Aachen and Tribera's second in the city, you'll work closely alongside the Resident Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the property while taking the lead on sales activity, occupancy growth, and local partnerships. You'll be the commercial engine of the property, turning prospects into residents and residents into long-term community members.
What You'll Do:
- Sales & Occupancy: Take ownership of the property's sales pipeline — from lead generation and property viewings through to lease conversion — working closely with the Corporate Services team to hit occupancy targets and minimize void periods.
- Local Partnership Development: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with local businesses, relocation agencies, universities, and corporate clients to grow Tribera's presence and referral network in the local market.
- Customer Acquisition Support: Support the implementation of local marketing initiatives and events that attract prospective residents and strengthen the Tribera brand in the area.
- Resident Onboarding & Retention: Ensure a seamless move-in experience for new residents and support community-building initiatives that drive satisfaction, renewals, and positive word of mouth.
- Operational Support: Step in for the Resident Manager when needed, supporting facility management, team coordination, and day-to-day operational delivery to maintain property standards.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, occupancy metrics, and lead conversion data, contributing to broader operational and financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role. A background in coliving, student housing, serviced apartments, or hotel front office is a plus.
- Sales Drive: A proven track record of hitting commercial targets, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the confidence to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
- People Skills: A natural communicator who thrives in diverse environments and can build rapport quickly with prospective residents, current residents, and external partners alike.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a busy pipeline, keep on top of administrative tasks, and support operational reporting with accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with additional languages a strong advantage in our international community.
What we Offer:
- Special Tribera Birthday Gift: Take your Birthday Day off to celebrate!
- A dynamic, young, and creative team that values openness to new ideas and solutions.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Flexible working hours

About us
Tribera is a next-gen living platform built for Gen Z. With 20+ properties and over 11,000 beds across 8 countries, we’re shaping a new way to live, study, and stay across Europe.
Born from the merger of BaseStack Living and Milestone, Tribera brings together student living, co-living, and short stays under one roof. Our spaces are design-led, community-first, and flexible by default, because real life isn’t one-size-fits-all.
We’re building places where people feel connected, inspired, and supported to live life their way. And we’re growing fast, which means there’s plenty of room to shape what comes next, together.
